Audrey and I led Dutch to the sofa, nudged his knees apart, and settled onto his lap.
“So, what do you think of your birthday present?” Audrey whispered.
“The last thing I want to do right now is think,” he replied.
His eyes were as busy as his hands, and we all silently evaluated our next moves.
